This role is a key member of the external Brand Communications and Marketing team, developing a socially conscious female organisation. This role will assist in executing tactical activations across PR, Media, Events & Social to build visibility, generate endorsement and ultimately develop a solid audience.
As a new company it is the role of PR assistant to understand the need for brand building and have a strong passion for equality in the music industry.
Daily responsibilities include:
Help to schedule a weekly social media content calendar across multiple platforms; utilising content created by the collective marketing team, artists, trending topics and industry news.
Regular press outreach; sending press releases to relevant media outlets and subsequently chasing responses.
Consistent brand collaboration and industry outreach; engaging people and companies with a common goal or the potential to add value to the brand.
Influencer management and outreach; identifying potential influencers and offering collaborative or paid opportunities.
Helping to organise events such as live or streaming performances, listening parties and panel discussions.
Identifying events to attend and maintaining a networking social calendar.
Creating content for email marketing campaigns.
